Happy Marg Monday! I’m loving these half pizza, half calzone-ish creations this one was split between a classic Margherita style with fresh mozzarella and basil, and a dessert version filled with pistachio and chocolate cream. I brushed it with butter, dusted it with powdered sugar, and topped it with roasted pistachios. Baked in my Gozney Arc XL next level crispy, light, and crazy good. Dough recipe linked!
