Nah, robekan itu yg memicu reaksi inflamasi (semacam adaptasi tubuh) untuk membentuk otot yang lebih kuat. . Nah makanya penting banget buat ngatur jadwal, ngasih rest day, dan tidur malam hari yang cukup biar recovery otot cenderung berjalan lebih cepat. .
