本作は、18世紀スペインの修道院が舞台のリアルタイム戦略ステルスゲーム。精神病院・異端審問用の牢獄である修道院から、5人の囚人がそれぞれのスキルと知恵を結集して脱出を目指す。“正気度”の管理をミスると、狂気におかされプレイが困難になる仕掛けも。スペインの画家「ゴヤ」の絵画のようなグラフィックと陰鬱な世界観が魅力だ。
