Twenty-five of the 207 cuts to information technology positions in the UnityPoint Health system are in Wisconsin.
UnityPoint Health says it is cutting IT and revenue cycle positions, outsourcing those functions to reduce costs.
The transition will happen later in the year and will eliminate over 200 positions.
